F. Construction

This is when our completed BIM model is passed to the builder to start the construction of the physical building. The details on the materials, the jointings to use etc are tagged to the model as specifications to the contractor to construct as shown in the model.

Due to our team members collaborating and planning early, resources are able to be used efficiently, with less wastage. Change orders are reduced, and construction work can be completed on planned schedule and cost.
