Accurate virtual models are taken as part of the design. The accuracy will help our team to eliminate uncertainty in the documents and possible clashes and conflicts during the construction phase.
1. BIM Execution Plan & Schedule
Software used: Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel
The BIM Execution Plan is one of the most important document. It states and defines the roles and responsibility of the different group members in the team and the work schedule and timeline of their progress. It is the document that all the members will follow to ensure that work progress is up-to-date and that the end model will be one that is coordinated and integrated.
2. Facility Management Documents
Software used: Microsoft Words, BEES
The purpose of Facilities Management (FM) is to manage the components of the building easily during the operations and maintenance period. This is especially important throughout the lifecycle of the building when certain parts of the building requires replacement. The Microsoft Access software is used to plan the lifecycle, replacement cost, and replacement year of each respective component.
